Jessica's room

I’d love to rent out my guest room to a woman (only women at this time, please!) … maybe a travel nurse or someone who needs an extended stay for work. The room is spacious and pretty (super girly!), and on the opposite end of the house from mine. You’ll have the run of the house, as far as using the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living rooms….as well as the covered back deck, and the saltwater pool! It’ll be too cool for swimming soon, but I’ve got a coffee table fire pit outside as well. My girl friends and I enjoy wine or sangria once in a while… I live in a cul-de-sac, so it’s usually very quiet around here, if you have odd work hours. Oh, and there’s a 2 car driveway you can park in.

I’m a 48 year old single female, with no children of the human variety. I do have 2 small dogs. He-Man (chihuahua) and Pebbles (chiweenie). They’re sweet and funny. I should probably mention that I’m in a wheelchair. I’m an amputee, missing my lower right leg, from a car accident 5 years ago. I had other extensive, hidden injuries that prevent me from working or driving, but at home, I am very self-sufficient …aside from the occasional high shelf! I can be pretty quiet and reclusive, or I can be a comedian. Either way, I can read a room and act appropriately, which is the most important thing.
