Bernadette's room

Our 3 bedroom 3 bath unit features full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, white oak floors, spacious open living area and in-unit washer dryer. The apartment building is built new and is only 1 year old.

There is a “Juliet” balcony from the living area. The building has panoramic views from the beautiful courtyard terrace and rooftop deck, smart access controls throughout the building. There is no garage parking however there is plenty of street parking. The building is on a quiet street, and is located just minutes away from Hancock Park, Larchmont Village and Paramount Studios.

The bedroom is furnished with a wall mounted 32 inch TV, a built in desk and storage closet. The available bedroom is furnished with the essentials: a queen-size bed frame (mattress needed), built in desk, office chair, lamps, 2 night stands and a nice brand new blue lounge chair etc. The room is located in separate hallway with it’s own bathroom right outside of the room.

We are working professionals. One roommate is a male 39 years old- model agency owner, very quiet and busy. The other roommate is a small business owner, female 52 years old. We are nice people and we keep the apartment clean. We are both very personable, friendly, social and enjoys cooking. We are quiet but social people. You’ll love living with us.
