Very nice ranch community located on the Northeast. Private room, shared living area, can cook, property has own parking space inside gated community, prefer not to have pets, own bathroom, gym, pool, green areas around and inside community.

No other rommies. Even when leaving areas are shared: you can watch TV, or cook with an issue. Bathroom and bedroom are your own. There is outdoors living, seating areas, and outdoors cooking areas as well.
