Room available in a quite country house. Very easy access to 101. I have a big yard which is great if you have a small dog. There are 2 dogs in the house. Sorry no cats since Iām allergic. The house is located on 5 acres so if you have large animals we can work something out, dogs are free horses are extra. This is a non smoking house. Room is for single occupancy. Room is fully furnished with a full size bed and some other furniture that can stay or go if you have your own. Rent includes utilities, YouTubetv and internet. Price is for a single room.
