Grace's room

Room for rent in a 2bdr upper house unit right near everything on the NE side of Grand Rapids. Rent is $550 plus utilities per month and move in does require a security deposit of equal value to 1 month of rent. Month to month leasing. Unfortunately there is no parking space available in the driveway, thr nearest safe street parking is on a viewable side street that is on the other side of the neighbor’s house. I moved back to GR from out of state and am still furnishing/ decorating this place, please excuse the hodge podge assortment of furniture pieces.

I’m a 29yr old womam who is self employed with a few jobs, I stay pretty busy with work and like my home space to be peaceful, comfortable, and clean. My ESA dog also lives here, she’s a very good girl and whoever takes this room must be dog friendly. Looking for someone who can move in ASAP and be responsible with bills paid on time as well as cleaning up after themselves. I would prefer to live with another woman but I’m more interested in having a low drama roommate.
