Lloyd Street

Our home in California is currently on the market and I’m in CA wrapping up things at this house while my partner is in Kansas working out of the home he has there. I’m managing all the real estate details for both properties and he is on site. I will be joining him at the house in Kansas in the future. The house was built in 2003, and he has been the only owner of the house, it was new construction when it was bought. It’s a 3 bed 3 bath 2 story home including a fully furnished and finished basement, making it a 3 story home total with an attached full garage. The first floor has common areas shared by tenants: living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The second floor has three private bedrooms. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. The upstairs and most common areas are shared by female roommates while the owner lives in the basement downstairs. He works remotely and is on site to handle any issues you might have. The house is less than a mile from KUMC.

My partner, Mark, is the owner of the home and lives onsite in the basement. We have another female roommate in one of the bedrooms and she’s a medical student at KU Med Center. We’d love to welcome other medical and allied health students as well as students near the local universities. My partner was a professor of the Cal State system for many years and is currently enjoying a semi-retirement while working remotely. I am a chemist for an environmental engineering firm in California and I also am tying up the loose ends of closing our home in California.
