The deposit is due along with the first months rent by a cashier’s check or money order. The monthly fee would be due on the first of each month. A late fee of $10/day is assessed each day beyond the fifth of the month. Your first months rent is prorated according to your move in day.

I am a quiet and clean guy that has a small Yorkie, Eli. I currently work by The Pyramids on Michigan Road, but I have the option to work from home in a few months. I enjoy traveling, nature, technology, reading, walking, watching sports, movies, TV, games, plus many more. I am looking for a person to split the expenses. Looking forward to my new experience.
