Renting a house from Real Property Management. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath family home. Rent is $2150 altogether, not including utilities, and it will most likely be split evenly. No more pets are allowed as my 2 cats are the limit (we could ask/sneak in a reptile or something similar, I don’t mind. It can’t destroy the house though and when they do an inspection, be prepared to find somewhere to have it out of the house for the day.)The master bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom is available and so is a small bedroom. The small bedroom will be sharing a bathroom with me. It’s a small bathroom but I’m sure we’ll make it work. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly but not bothersome. There’s a moderate sized backyard and a small front yard as well as a garage. The kitchen is big so it’s great for cooks/bakers.

I’m 23, female, pronouns she/her/hers. I work at the humane society and have 2 cats. I’m gone most of the day 4 days of the week and when I’m home, I’m usually in my room. I’m a quiet person until I’m comfortable with you and then I’ll show more of myself. I’m clean and keep things tidy as much as I can. My cats are both very friendly and wouldn’t hurt a fly. I would like roommates who are wanting to stay for a longer period than a year and who are clean and quiet late at night as I wake up quite early for work. Not specifically looking to make friends with my roommates but it would be a bonus! My cats are 2 and 4, their names are Bucket and Marce/Marcy. Bucket is very confident, friendly, and a bit talkative but I wouldn’t say annoyingly. Marce is shy at first and will warm up to you in time.
