Hi. My name’s Ryan, I’m 43 years old and I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Pleasant Hill with my little dog. Available for rent is the entire upstairs area which includes a bedroom, bathroom and loft area. All the shared downstairs common areas are also available for use. All utilities are included, I also have monthly gardening and housekeeping which are also included.

The place also has a 2 car garage, washer/dryer, a small backyard and in the community are plenty of green spaces and a pool. I also have central heating and AC, however the air conditioner has been out of commission so I’ve just been using window AC units.

Within walking distance is the Contra Costa Canal trail, a produce store, 7 Eleven, Walgreens, etc.

Any roommates welcome. Just looking for a quiet, respectful person. My neighbors are also great and easy to get along with, we regularly get together for weekend happy hours.
