Super convenient location, close to everything, including ASU, the airport, shopping centers, various entertainment venues, the 101 freeway etc…Large NON-SHARED bathroom with double vanities. I am a 30ish year old male in the finance field and work full time in North Phx … I’d like to share the house with another professional who is responsible, pays on time, and clean/drug free; you must be employed full-time and have x3 rent & verifiable income (please no self-employed, or part-time) Minimum 6 months lease or longer. The house has: High Speed Internet Big Screen TV Washer and Dryer Microwave Dishwasher Stove/Oven I am only asking $950 monthly rent, internet and water included. I will split monthly electricity bill with you. I would need $500 refundable security deposit and a $150 one time non-refundable cleaning fee for move-in, minimum 6 months or longer.
