K's room

Large room with walk-in closet. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors, but still has easy access to highway and main roads. Semi-private bathroom that is only shared with the occasional guest. Near parks, grocery store, and restaurants. Fenced backyard with patio. There is shared space that includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. The rent includes a parking spot in the garage. You will pay half utilities in addition to room rent. $50 extra per month per dog, if gets along with existing roommate. Non-smoking. No drugs. Alcohol in moderation okay.

I am the landlord. The other private room is occupied by a 21 year old female that is quiet, works nearly full time, and has a trained husky/malamute service dog.
