This mobile home is a 2019 model and your bedroom and bathroom is at the opposite end of the house from mine. I have two small dogs and a cat so have reached my maximum number of allowed pets for this mobile home park. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and I usually go to bed by 8:00 p.m. lol cuz I’m old. Your rent would include everything. Internet, electricity, and heat. Your room has a queen size bed, a 32-in Roku TV with a lot of streaming channels and a digital antenna for live TV. It works pretty good. There is one small problem with the bedroom and that is that three of the electrical outlets keep blowing the fuse! At this moment I can’t afford to hire an electrician but I probably would be able to after a roommate moves In since that will help me with bills a lot. In order to be a roommate here you would have to apply with the mobile home park but that’s very easy. The kitchen is small but it’s versatile, and the yard is really large but I don’t do anything with it because I don’t really like being outside, hay fever and heat stroke are not my favorite things, but if you like gardening you are welcome to Garden. And now the sort of not as good news: my living room and kitchen decor is just slightly creepy because I love Halloween and stuff and so my “Halloween decorations” basically never come down just so you know.

I am a 58 year old Widow who lives with two dogs and a cat, and a couple of fish in a fish tank.My cat usually gets me up at 4:30 in the morning and I’m usually in bed by 8:30.
