I am renting a Master Bedroom, all inclusive, with Private Master Bathroom. The Master bathroom has Bluetooth for music, double sinks, and Jacuzzi great for relaxing. The bedroom is large with a walk in closet. The condo is a townhouse size property. The house is divided in two. Upstairs is where I work and use as my personal space. Downstairs is where the private rooms are. Each room has a private bathroom with lots of storage space. Washer and Dryer is right next to the rooms. In the common area, there is shared cabinet, medium size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is an additional rack plus counter area for kitchen type items. Stove access is limited to the weekends only which is located upstairs. This is a very quiet and private location, nobody will bother you. Thank you for your interest!

Hello, I “work from home” upstairs in my personal area. You will have privacy and I won’t be using any of the items (microwave, fridge, coffee maker) in the common area next to the bedrooms downstairs. Those are new items purchased for future roommates. The only items I will be using is the Washer and Dryer. Nobody else lives in the property.
