I am living in a 1BR 2 Bath and 1 Den apartment in Samm apartments in Sammamish. I am renting out the Den space. It is a very new apartment and the amenities are pretty new. The Den is large enough to accommodate a king bed, a table, and has its own closet space. The Den is also attached to it’s own bathroom. So you would have your private bathroom. The kitchen and the living room space is shared.

Apartment features: The Huge apartment (950 sq feet) means plenty of space for each other. The Den is its own private room with its private bathroom. The bathroom is a standard bathroom including a shower head and a bathtub. The living room and kitchen is shared. I use the living room only when I am working from home which is usually once a week. The kitchen has all amenities available for use including an instant pot, air fryer, coffee machine, smoothie maker along with standard kitchen amenities. I barely use the kitchen as I mostly eat at work or outside. I cook once a month so it’s available to your use.
