Fully remodeled room with brand new closet and bathroom, with your own entrance and small kitchen (refrigerator included)access to washer and dryer planned accordingly. The area is great I’m right in between CBU riverside and LSU riverside. Lots of schools nearby also from K-12grade and close to Tyler mall. I live in the house with my wife’s family we aren’t usually home much but when we are we are always chill and laid back and never have to worry about seeing each other much since the room has its own entrance and we respect privacy but will always be available to help or answer any questions if needed. Just looking for someone who will respect the house,clean background, and enjoys the room as much as we enjoy renting it to good people.
