Large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with large backyard and 2 car garage located 3 minutes off the highway in Hesperus, 15 minutes from downtown Durango. Bonus sunroom with a home gym. Looking for one other down to earth person to share the space with. I am open to either renting the 1 bedroom with attached bathroom or the 2 bedrooms with a hallway bathroom. Basic utilities, wifi, and heat included.

I’m a 28 year local from telluride/Durango. I am very active and love hockey, adventuring, skiing, and basketball. I am also an artist so if I’m not out and about im usually painting. I work at purgatory driving snowcats during the winter and looking for an outdoors/active roommate to share this pretty rad space with. I have 2 really well trained indoor kitties.

The common areas and kitchen are mostly furnished but am welcome to more furniture. Contact me if you are interested.
