TWO rooms available to choose from with all Utilities included (Larger room with Queen Bed $1200/other room without bed $1000) in a 1 story single family resident home, 1 bath shared (not by me, I have my own bathroom), pool access, parking space available, plenty of street parking (wed 12pm street sweeping), kitchen access, dining room table access, Washer/Dryer access, back pool area gazebo access, High speed internet @ 300GBPS, Central AC & Heat, large closet space, Close to freeways (5, 22, 57, 91) a 15-20 minute drive to Cal State Fullerton, a 5 min distance to Disneyland!

Both Rooms are available ASAP, $1200 Large room/$1000 2nd room, all utilities are included, first come first serve. Figured we’d start early so we can find the right person 🙃
