I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in Kissimmee/South Orlando and looking for a compatible roommate. You would have your own fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom. There are no other roommates here. The unit is 1,100 sq. feet and included full kitchen, dining, living room and includes a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is located in a very quiet and respectable community located between Osceola Pkwy and Hwy 192 close to EVERYTHING! You would also have your own off-street reserved parking space. The rent also includes all utilities and ultra high speed internet.

There are cats in the house so no other pets allowed except maybe one cat. No overnight guest. No drugs including “420”. Prefer someone with “normal hours” who is not coming and going at all hours of the night. I am a gay male and prefer the same but not an absolute requirement.

If you are not looking to move soon, please do not respond. I will not hold the unit as there are a lot of people looking for homes right now.

This is for one person. No couples or families.

I can do weekly or monthly rental.

Weekly $175/week with two week minimum plus $300 security deposit. Montly $600/month with $500 security deposit and a month-to-month lease.

I am a very quiet and reserved GWM, 58 years old and tend to work a lot of hours. When I’m not working, I spend my time at home relaxing, watching TV, etc.
