A nice walk-out basement (studio) that opens to a beautiful large, landscaped brick patio with a garden bed. There is plenty of day natural lights in the place. The private & fenced patio has plenty of space for entertainment or relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. It comes with a full bathroom, closet and an extra space in the laundry room. All utilities plus High Speed WIFI Internet are included in the rent. The basement itself has no kitchen but it has a small fridge (see pictures), and an electric surface (nuwave) stove, a microwave can be provided if needed. It also has a bed and a recliner sofa chair. The house in general is a smoking free environment, so it is not for smoking inside. Pets are not allowed too, sorry

Your rent will come with an assigned parking spot. Plus, there is plenty of additional street parking nearby!

Nearby are amazingly convenient to major roads and areas: Near I-95 convenient to slug lines; free and quick car ride to DC 1.5 miles to VRE Lorton station 4, and less than 10 minutes drive to Springfield Mall, Town Center and metro station. Also, a Giant store with a few other restaurants and Starbucks are in Saratoga Square shopping center, within 5 minutes drive.

If you are a bus/metro rider, the bus stop (bus# 372, Fairfax connector) is just across the street (less than 2 mins walk); 6 stops to Franconia Springfield Metro Station (about 12 mins).

This place is for one person ONLY because it has no bedrooms (it is a one space studio basement).

Its a quiet house with a friendly and quiet people (no kids) upstairs. Basements is Separate from the rest of the house with a locked door.
