It includes 2 bedrooms with closets, 5 beds (2 queen beds and 3 twin beds), 1 bathroom with oversized shower, front loading washer and dryer, fully stocked upgraded kitchen with everything you need to cook a feast. Also has large stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Big living room with 50“ TV with cable tv included to watch from large sectional couch. Your own front loading washer and dryer is also located in the basement apartment.

You’ll have access to all 1300 square feet of our newly constructed basement apartment. Large backyard with gas fireplace, trampoline, and plenty of outdoor space to relax.

All guests have access private neighborhood parks, running trails, community golf course, and Utah Lake. There is a boat launch fee if you launch from the public marina.

Small dogs allowed for a pet deposit.

I live on the main level of the house with my own entrance. I am always available via phone, should you need anything during your stay.
