My House is in a gated community. I am renting One bedroom with walk in closet, shared bathrooms, has a dining , washer dryer, internet and cameras. small backyard . close to mall and college , groceries and fast food , restaurants. the room has a guest bed but if you have your own bed , I can move guest bed out.

I work and go to school. I seek someone with good karma. I own two cats, must be cat friendly , if you own a cat, we can see if it works with my two girls. But if you have no cats , just be cat friendly. No leaving doors open, or closing doors on them, you know, the cat stuff. Plants and or anything that may be toxic to them out of reach. I am a very clean and tidy person. I prefer a clean house, no mess, no wild parties.
