Big spacious room, with a spacious open concept in the kitchen, living room, and back deck overlooking the pond and swans. The room will not be furnished. There is a full-sized bed there for you to use. You can fit a queen-size bed, which is a little tight, but it is possible and still comfortable; a full-size bed is definitely spacious. All utilities and powerful wifi included. You must be able to get along with housemates. 5 people live in the house in total, 4 now; you would be the 5th. You will only share the bathroom with one other person. You will have your own cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and space in the food pantry. All of your personal space in the kitchen is enough for all of your dry food, dishes, pots, pans, and eating utensils. You will also have your own personal space in the fridge and freezer. There is a cleaning lady that comes once a month to clean the entire house. All new flooring will be installed soon along with new paint on all walls.

It’s a very quiet suburban neighborhood with nice neighbors, mainly families. There are many amenities nearby. Everything is within a 5-15 minute drive: 2 Malls (indoor and outlet), 2 Walmarts, 2 Targets, many many shopping plazas, 2 of any fast-food restaurants you can name, many sit-down restaurants, activities, and bars, and the beautiful Oakhurst forest preserve in a 10-minute walk from the house. Many things. It’s a great location. Come and enjoy it!

We have had this house running room by room like this for more than 7 years. We have great systems in place to make this a great and easy experience for everyone in the house.

All guys currently. Everyone works about 40 hours a week. Somedays, you may see a few people; other times, you may not see anyone for a couple of days; it depends on everyone’s schedule. They all get along and are respectful and cordial.
