Single Bedroom and bathroom available in small private home completely refurbished in downtown Safety Harbor, FL. The house is 3 blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, fishing pier, library, elementary school, parks, shopping, and the Safety Harbor Spa. Internet and Electricity are included in the rent. The larger bedroom with private bath is already rented by a 28yo male public school teacher. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher. No washer/dryer but laundromat is 1 block away! Quiet, private location with nice yard and plants. The bedroom you would rent is 12’6“ x 11’6“ and includes a small closet. The bathroom is shared with any guests you might have. No pets, no smoking, no firearms, no illegal drugs permitted.
