The room is really big and great condition. There is some holes in the wall from hanging up pictures and some stains on the floor but is covered by my deposit! I will have a mini deposit for any further damage of $500 and you will get back in January! We have a mini porch and can go on the roof. Background check is $45. Lease ends in January 4-9th so I just need someone for a short period of time.
About the roomies
Hi my name is madi and I have a cat named Demonia. She’s super sweet and loves cuddles. She meows quite a bit and is still a kitten. Idk how she’ll do with other cats so if u have one let me know. We have one other roommate her name is Kelsey but she’s never here only comes like once every few months.
