FOR RENT- 1,000 a month. Female only due to shared common areas. I have a one Person unfurnished room in a very clean and organized home and expect the same from renter. My home is in a large 4 bedroom house including a Clubhouse My home is located off of Dixie Dr. Walking distance to Lins, Albertsons and shopping. About the roommate/ No smoking, vaping drinking, or drugs of any kind. No pets. Full use of all common areas. the kitchen, living room a shared bathroom, laundry room, full access to the clubhouse which includes Pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, pickle ball and barbecue area with a fireplace sitting area. The renter is responsible for their own laundry soap, essentials,food and split utilities. This is a month-to-month lease.
