Looking for one more roommate to two UW freshman girls!

Hello everyone!

My name is Grace and my roommate Ashlyn and I are currently looking to add one more person interested in sharing a space just a couple blocks from the University of Washington and Portage Bay Cafe! The place is gated for extra safety and has a private entrance.

Rent is $830 a month, without the cost of utilities/electricity. However, it will never be over $1,000 a month. The space is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an all-white look that we plan to decorate with greens and plants! If the natural and calming environment is your vibe, yay! The lease dates are from November 21st - August 20th and payments are by the first of each month.

We are both 18-year-old, freshman STEM majors, and are working, so we will have a very open and inviting space without too much noise, but we love hanging out together when our schedules align. We are tidy folks, splitting the cleaning and keeping the only messes in our own spaces. We are a no-pet, no-smoking apartment.
