This property is perfect for anyone trying to graduate from the frat hill scene to the downtown pearl street and bars. We are one street over from the main downtown pearl street. This location is a 4 bedroom 1 bath with a shared kitchen and living room. We have a large backyard. The room we are looking to sublet is the largest in the house. With its own private balcony.

Claire, Chloe, Aubrey, and I (Emma) are/were all students at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am looking to sublet starting as soon as possible until August 1 due to a job relocation. We all work full time and have either graduated or are in our senior year. We work a lot but also love to go out downtown and anything outdoors! We do have two cats! They are allergic friendly as we all are allergic to cat haha!
