Grace's room

Hello! I am leaving my current apartment and we are looking for someone to sub lease. The lease goes until next year and there is opportunity to resign next year. The apartment is located right in the west chester borough. The unit includes a spacious kitchen and living space, front balcony, washer/dryer, central air and heating, and is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Details on the room available upon request and meeting. Utilities vary month to moth but are on average from 50 to 100 dollars a month. We will be virtually meeting potential candidates for this room to see if it would be a good fit, and plan to make a decision mid November. There is one shared parking spot behind the building, and otherwise roommates utilize street/garage parking.

The current two roommates are women in their 20’s, working professionals and are both very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They both keep the apartment very clean and tidy and respect everyones space. We all hold values of inclusivity, anti-racism, and equity and expect future roommates to hold similar values.
