Why rent just a room, when you can share a house? I’m an artist and maker, currently living alone in my 2-bedroom house in West Sacramento. The house has 3 maker spaces: a sewing room, an electronics area, and a sculpture shop in the garage. There is also an art shed in the backyard.

Your room has its own bathroom, and views of trees out the window. Located in West Sacramento, it’s a safe, clean, tree-filled neighborhood that’s close to shopping and the river. There’s a good-sized backyard with a brick patio, a fireplace, and lots and lots of art!

Do you love cooking, gardening, crafting, making things, and dancing in the living room? Do you want to share in adventures and enjoy dressing up in costumes?

I’m an artist in my mid 40s who works from home most of the time. I’m also a performer: a mermaid and a dancer. My home is filled with light-up art and projects, so if you like that kind of vibe, please contact me! I’d love to find another maker or crafter to share my space.

Prefer someone with a job outside the home, but who wants to share living space in the evenings. I’m looking for a friend, someone I enjoy spending time with, who will love and contribute to our shared home.
