Entire basement! 1 bed 1 bath, has its own kitchen & laundry room. Basement has its own entrance. Rent will not increase annually. Location is at 104/103 off of highway 85. 5-10 minutes away from Walmart, Sams club, Costco, Publix, Farmers Market, Iron age and other major restaurants.

I’ll be living up stairs along with other people. I do have a very friendly indoor dog. You won’t see her unless you go out while she’s doing her business. Due to the fact that I have a dog, I don’t suggest anyone who has trouble sleeping to rent. Most of the time she’s quiet 24/7 but you can hear her feet running around upstairs if she decides to play.
