The apartment is in a beautiful place. In front of the mall Bella Tera, with the Target Plaza a street down from the apartment. There is a costco and many other grocery stores around it. The living room, kitchen and dinning room is already furnished by my roomate. So you will only have to buy your own furniture for your room. There is a little garden outside. The garage is spacious, you will be using the garage as my roomate has the master bedroom. The garage is split with a neighbor but you get your parking spot as they just use it for storage. Golden west college is only 3 minutes away from here. Everything is more walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty safe, as I go out for walks at night. The landlord is so nice, if anything happens he is easy to reach out. You are able to look at the apartment anytime just let me know! I am looking for someone to take over the lease around March.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease, as I have to leave for a family emergency back to Spain. The lease would be ending on August 31st, but if you decide to stay longer even better. As we are looking for someone to stay long term. You are able to renew the lease with the landlord anytime. But I am looking for someone to take over my lease on the first weeks of March 2023.
