Single room for rent with a shared bathroom in a house with a yard! Animals are welcome with an extra $25 pet rent per month. The house has proper working AC, heat, washer and dryer in the house, oven, microwave and fridge. Utilities are not included but are split 50/50 with me, the other tenant. No drugs or alcohol allowed in the home, smoking is allowed outside.

About me, I am a quiet, clean, sober, working female professional. I also go to school part time. There will be NO alcohol or drugs allowed in the house.
