Room open for rent here at Silverado Garden Apartments. Secluded, calm area, our building is right next to the pool, laundry room, recycling and trash. You get your own room and we both have our own parking spots and we also have a small storage shed too. The rent is 2,300 and utilities (Wi-fi, Trash, Water, renters insurance) average around 160. We’d split right down the middle so your rent would be 1,150 and about 80 in utilities. You’d have to sign onto the lease and there are 6 & 13 month options. And you’d have to provide paystubs to pass the income check.

I’m a 25 year old guy. I’m single, going to school, working, and in the process of starting my career. I live relatively clean and take pride in up keeping the apartment. Our neighbors have families and children and we have to be respectful and mindful of them. This apartment I plan on being here for the next 3-5 years and am looking for somebody that’ll live like a grown adult here.
