Two story home located in Mountain’s Edge, right off of Blue Diamond in a gated community.

Open to renting out any room in house.

Two standard rooms are unfurnished and will have its own bathroom. Internet, utilities and access to all areas of the house are provided.

Open to bringing any of your furniture if it fits to make the home more comfortable for you!

I don’t have any pets but will consider small animals for an additional pet rent and deposit.

Master bedroom is very spacious with large bathroom and walk in closet. Rent would be $1,075 which includes all utilities and access.

Background check with real ID and verification of income will be required. Will also request signed lease and renters’ insurance policy in place at move in for everyone’s protection.

I am an easy going, very clean and respectful female in my early 30s. My current roommate is moving out in December so I will be the only person occupying the home and I am also the owner. I work from home full time during the day in the financial services industry. When I’m not working, I’m usually out and about doing various activities such as bowling, traveling, being a foodie or checking out shows and concerts.
