Rent covers water, sewer, parking, garbage, electricity, internet, shared washer/dryer, large garage for storage, Netflix & Hulu. It has a nicely kept, fenced yard, with a large deck, pergola, and bbq grill for chill nights. :D We have to say this is by no means a party house. It’s Very chill, and mindful about everyone’s space and privacy.
