Nice size room large closet, View of backyard and canal. You will be sharing my home. Access to kitchen, living room, Laundry. Appliances etc. House is located on a freshwater canal, Fishing, screened in lanai, swimming pool. High speed fiber optic 2 meg speed internet. 3 rescued Kittys for additional entertainment.
About the roomies
Single male, never married no kids, work full time at Walmart distribution warehouse. I’m easy to get along with. Hobbies computer gaming, computer repair, car repair. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and no drugs. I expect the same from my roommate, if you’re an alcoholic this is not the place for you.
Located Right near route 75 and Tamiami trail. Tons of shopping close by, Police fire and North port city hall and Post office all within couple miles.
Quiet residential neighborhood, Great Neighbors. I’ve had two female renters in the past and now my current male renter is moving out of state. Help me maintain things and I’ll wave a retainer.
