Armacost Avenue

Hello! We have a great room up for grabs in our Santa Monica apartment. Its a large furnished room (Bed & Desk) in a 4 bedroom unit and it has it’s own private bathroom! The building also have underground parking (has to be coordinated with the real estate agents individually) and an amazing rooftop! The building is in an amazing spot, right near Target & Ralphs, and 10 minutes away from Santa Monica Promenade. There’s lots of fun local bars in the area and there’s convenient public transport to SM & into the City. The apartment is modern & the kitchen is fitted out with brand new appliances and built in Washer & Drying unit!

You will be living with 3 Australian females all who work differing hours at a Hotel. Our ages range from 24 - 28 & we are all super social and would love whoever lives here to join us in our social activities! We are always up for a fun night out but also love a chill night on the rooftop together! We have so much fun living with eachother and are excited to meet new friends!
