New appliances in kitchen and new washer and dryer included. 20 minutes to Wilson Gate-Camp Lejeune and 15 minutes to Camp Johnson entrances, 20 minutes to Camp Geiger, 20 minutes to New River gate. Internet and utilities are included in the rent. Will consider dogs for extra pet fee, must have current vaccines and medications. Require first month rent and security deposit to move in. Length of stay is negotiable. All approved applicants will sign contract lease agreement.

Owner of the home is active duty. Number of rental months are negotiable. Roommate in the house now is female and owns dogs. Shared bathroom is with her. Roommate is friendly and social but also stick to themselves. If ad is up room is still available.
