2700 sq.ft. Single story house. 11’x11’ carpeted bedroom. Single daybed with a pull out trundle. Nightstand and possibly a dresser/chest. Closet. One set of sheets provided. Recently being redecorated so new pics not available. Bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, single vanity with sink and medicine cabinet. Use of indoor laundry room, Eat In kitchen, space will be provided in walk in pantry, refrigerator and freezer. Use of back patio with 55“ TV and fire pit. Use of family room with 65“ TV. Have two cats. Entrance/ exit through garage, into laundry room into house ( cat safety net.) Garage door opener and key to laundry room provided. Remainder of house is off limits. No over night guest without prior notice and permission granted. Wi-fi additional $10.00 additional TV $10.00 . Expect room to be kept clean and also clean up after use of addition space used and help with taking out & bringing in trash cans.
