Zac's room

The house is a three bedroom, two full bath farmhouse located in an awesome area. It has all been recently renovated. Large parking area with big yard. Renter would be responsible for splitting internet, water, and the cleaner three ways with my brother and I, (maybe $130 to $150 per person per month for all 3 utilities total).

I am a professional straight 23 year old male and owner of the home. My 21 year old brother lives here too and rents from me. We both work during the day and pretty low key. We would prefer to have a renter closer to our age. The dog in the picture is my moms and does not live here.
