The rent is so low due to the fact that it is not a private room (can be made as private as possible) and because I am looking for someone who can spend time with my ferret while I am gone on work travel. Therefore I prefer someone who has experience with animals, specifically ferrets. I can explain more details to anyone who is interested. Private room or not, you can’t beat $400 rent at a beautiful location like this!

This listing is not for your own room, but for a furnished living room. Therefore, this is more of a couch-surfing situation. We can always work together to make it more private, if necessary, but nonetheless, the living room is beautiful!

Secondly, I do have a ferret that free roams all day. If this is something you aren’t comfortable with, then it is best not to apply. I also cannot allow anyone with dogs or cats or small children to stay here due to that fact.

This is a beautiful apartment that is not even two years old. It features a massive pool, grilling area, kitchen area, multiple study areas, pool table, and much more! If you’re interested in checking the place out, please let me know and we can definitely schedule something! It features free Wi-Fi (I pay for), a washer and dryer in the apartment itself, a dishwasher in the unit, and free parking.

I am 25, and I am often away from home due to a hectic work schedule. I usually go to work around 7-8 am and won’t get back until 5-7 pm. There are times during the month when I also travel out of state and will be gone for 6-8 days. I am someone who likes to keep things tidy and clean, and I don’t want someone who is going to cause drama. I would prefer my roommate to be somebody I can become friends with!
