Lake Pines Drive

(More photos to come, old roommate hasn’t moved his things out yet) 2nd floor walk up 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Living areas furnished. There is a great view of a field, trees, and wildlife. I do have a full size mattress if you need one, and could do basic furnishings in your room if need be. The bathroom is very decently sized, and has quite a bit of counter space. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a large pantry just off the dinning area. They slso have coverd parking available for $25 a month. Laundry is in the building, $3 a load, and just down half a flight of stairs. Half utilities is around $150 in the winter, and $250 in the summer. There is a small balcony that I have 2 chairs on. I have 2 cats, one that hides all the time in my room, and one that thinks she is a lap dog.

I am 35 years old, originally from the area. I work in a Dental lab Monday-Friday, and sometimes do theater work on the weekends. I try to keep things clean and organized, but also know life happens sometimes. I am a transman, so you need to be LGBT friendly and respectful. I will occasionally cook or bake, but nothing fancy. I do a lot of art projects and such, and sew. I also love to read and listen to audiobooks.
