This is a cozy cottage tucked behind a family residence in a very desirable, friendly and walkable neighborhood. It’s close to University of Puget Sound and quaint north Tacoma neighborhood districts with restaurants, shopping and grocery. Access to the cottage is from the front of the primary residence through a shared yard space. There is a path with lighting to the back cottage with a few small steps. Free street parking is available. This is a perfect place for a single, working professional or student looking for a nice neighborhood that’s close to Tacoma’s best amenities.

We are a family that has lived in Tacoma most of our lives but also traveled the world and experienced the beauty in genuine hospitality. We find joy in welcoming new people and providing a comfortable, safe place to stay. We have two young kids that enjoy spending time in the shared yard space. Although we are a friendly, social family we honor and respect our renter’s privacy and space during their stay and expect the same from them.
