Gracie's room

I live in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in Rock Hill, SC. It is a one minute drive from Winthrop’s Campus. Utilities and wifi typically add another $100 per month. Would share an upstairs bathroom for a shower & a half bath down stairs.

I’m a recent college grad. My current roommate moved out mid December and my lease ends July 4th of 2023. Looking for someone to rent the room for those 7ish months. I’m not home too much so I won’t really be up in your space at all.
