So we are currently helping my niece find a room to rent for her and boyfriend since we are not ok with renting couples. We will have it ready to rent once she’s moved out or no later than 11/15. We have a decent (in law) room for $750 with its own private bathroom and private entrance. $750 includes all utilities, washer and dryer access, back refrigerator ..

A family of four husband as accountant, and a stay at home mom. 2 children 4 and 6 years old. We stay on our side only thing we share would be the laundry room but you will your day (your choice) when you would like to do your laundry so we stay out of your way. You also have the option of furnished or not furnished room. Only serious encounters please.
