We have a great view of the Lake and the near by mountains. Great Balcony to hangout and read a book. We have a BBQ that could be used but must be cleaned after use. We have a community pool. We live in a gated community with plenty of parking spaces.

We are a quite couple looking for a college student or a working professional. We are very clean so you always have to clean after yourself. No smoking is allowed inside the house, the balcony or outside the front door. Only in the parking lot. If we find out you smoke we will let you go immediately. Also this will not work for a couple or anyone with pets.

We will run a credit and a background check. We had a problem in the past so we are not taking any chances this time. You have to pay first months rent and the last months rent with the security deposit.
