I am a recent graduate from cal state east bay, and I am looking to start a Masters program. I have one other roomate name Lee. She is a hard of hearing captioner for California Universities, she is a mom to three. the kids do not live here, all on their own now. I have been at this location for over a year, just looking to fill our third room. Lee and I would like a clean and respectful roomate. Lease is month to month with a very flexible move in time.
