It’s a two bed apartment with a shared bathroom(I’m extremely clean don’t worry)It’s about 5 mins walking from UF. It Includes unlimited water. I already have a wifi and electricity account which is 60($30 for you) and depending how much electricity we split the bill.

I currently have a cat, he is friendly once you give him a little moment to sniff you. I’m a clean person and most of the time I’m working and studying in room.I si play piano but I use headphones don’t worry .
