This property is located in Inspirada, new build, 3 bedroom, 1 loft, 1876sqft. Looking to rent out 1 private room w/ a bathroom on the opposite side of the house with access to kitchen, laundry room and living room on the first floor. Room comes with high speed Internet, and all bills included in the price. The community is amazing with 6 parks over 85 acres including heated pools, dog parks, soccer, baseball and multipurpose fields, and basketball, tennis and volleyball courts with 35 miles of trails to hike or bike.

I am the owner, it’s just myself and my super friendly dog(Rott/pit mix) living in the house, I currently have a tenant for the next few months in one room, the other room is all yours. I am 27 with a busy lifestyle, being a wrestling coach/athlete while going to school. When I’m not busy, I’m usually playing games, listening to music or in the kitchen trying new recipes. I’m a friendly outgoing guy but I also respect space and boundaries. All that I ask is that you’re clean and respectful, we can start off with a 3 month lease then move forward from there if we both agree if you’d like. Looking forward to meeting you!
