Southeast 26th Avenue

The pictures still have our other roommates stuff in it, both the closet and room will be empty upon move in. This room is so big, and it has an attached walk in closet and bathroom. The room has enough space for a bedroom set up and also a sitting area. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. We have a washer and dryer on our main floor. We have a backyard, front porch and two decks on the third floor. We have street parking as well as a garage and drive way. We are in southeast right in between division and Powell, by Cleveland

Erin and myself have been living together for multiple years now. We value open communication, and like to be friends with our roommate, as we have been friends for almost a decade! We don’t do much and at least myself is gone a lot of the time. When I am home I cook and hang out, erin is usually the same way.
